Good advices after a treatment

  • Drink plenty of water
    It helps to cleanse your body and get rid of metabolic wastes.

  • Take it easy 
    You might feel tired and sore after a treatment, so give yourself the oppurtunity to relax and do whatever feels best for your mind and body afterwards.

  • Give space for emotions
    After a treatment many emotions can be closer to the surface and you might feel more vulnerable. My advice is to let the emotions come to surface and try not to suppress them.
